Not only did the estimate beat all the competition (by quite a bit), but the siding job they did looks great, and they did a super job cleaning up and getting out in the time they said it would take (and that was in the rainy season!) Dear Kevin,
Kord and I would like to thank you for your hard work and dedication during the remodel of our kitchen. We were impressed by your ability to obtain quality sub contractors, maintain a tight schedule and ensure open communication to mitigate surprises and issues during the project.
We were also very glad to have Kai on the job as the Superintendent. Kai is very customer oriented and was able to really keep calm and collect during a few hair-raising issues and did a great job making sure the job stayed on schedule and had quality results.
We are extremely happy with the results of our new kitchen.
We will gladly refer you to our friends and colleagues if they are ever in the market for a home remodel.

Here are some before picture's of the house. They aren't the greatest, but I hope they will do!
I must say that, you, Kevin, and the crew did a fantastic job residing our manufactured home! You were quick with giving us a quote, reasonable on the price, and very thorough on assessing materials and what needed to be done along with options that were available! Although we ran into many unforeseen problems, and dry rot, as we got into the job, you worked with us to keep the extra costs down, and offered excellent solutions to doing the job right! Because of the extra problems, the job took a little longer than anticipated, but Kevin and the crew jumped right in there, took everything in stride, and still finished in record time, while maintaining a very high standard of craftsmanship! Our house looks like a million bucks, and no longer like a manufactured home! We are very pleased, and will strongly recommend your company to anyone needing siding!
